We continue to train and update ourselves on every national and regional directive to guarantee SAFE hospitality.
Each department has been carefully reorganized to ensure compliance with all applicable rules.


Below you will find some measures taken and we ask you to comply with the following provisions to ensure the prevention of the risk of contagion.

  • Social distancing of 1 meter and, where required, compliance with horizontal signs.
  • Avoid hugs and handshakes. • Always use the mask unless otherwise indicated and respect the safety distance of 1 meter.
  • Frequently sanitize the hands of the dispensers positioned in different points of the structure.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly following the instructions available.
  • Respect respiratory hygiene: sneeze or cough into a handkerchief avoiding hand contact.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands.
  • Do not take antiviral drugs or antibiotics without medical advice.
  • Immediately communicate, while remaining in the room, any symptoms attributable to the coronavirus, by contacting the reception so that we can intervene and alert the competent authorities promptly.
  • Anyone with a temperature> 37.5 ° C will be prevented from using the hotel services and the competent authorities will be alerted.


The hotel staff is constantly informed and trained on all existing provisions. Furthermore:

  • work protocols have been drawn up and implemented which outline all the procedures to be followed for carrying out the work in compliance with the anti-contagion regulations in force.
  • PPE is provided (personal protective equipment: masks, gloves, goggles, etc.) required for each task and compulsorily used.
  • where required by law, protective barriers have been installed to limit the risk of contagion.
  • before going to work, each staff member must first measure their body temperature and in case of temperature> 37.5 ° C or any symptoms, stay at their home.


To allow adequate compliance with current regulations regarding sanitation, check-in is guaranteed starting from 3.00 pm and check-out is mandatory by 10 am, unless previously agreed by the concierge.

  • Two days from the date of arrival, you will be sent a link to proceed with the online check-in, in which you will enter your data, so as to facilitate the procedures upon your arrival at the structure;
  • The room keys are sanitized after each use;
  • If possible, settle the bill the evening before departure;
  • The pos is sanitized after each use.


Our staff is trained to ensure that cleaning and sanitizing operations are carried out in complete safety and with suitable products, as required by law. The staff will access the rooms using the personal protective equipment required by the Protocol and will sanitize the surfaces and areas of greatest contact every day. Upon departure, in addition to what is required by law, each room will be sanitized with a special Ozone machine.

To help our staff work we ask you to open the window and turn off the air conditioning before leaving the room.

The MINIBAR OF THE ROOMS: it will be available empty to ensure compliance with the anti-contagion protocol it will be possible to order the desired supply by calling 9 from the room telephone.

BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM: It will always be possible by calling 9 from the room phone from 07:45 to 10:00. The breakfast staff, respecting all the protocols provided, will deliver the breakfast outside the room. The cost of the service is € 7.00 per call.


Thanks to the large spaces available, the service and positioning of the tables follow the protocol required by law, therefore:

  • the tables are arranged to ensure spacing (1 meter between the tables and 1 meter between the back-to-back chairs);
  • disposable menus are used where possible. The other paper menus are plasticized and will be sanitized after each use;
  • table service is provided for lunch and dinner.
  • Breakfast is organized as a buffet served by our staff, it is always mandatory to wear a mask.

We ask you to:

  • sanitize your hands before entering the restaurant or bar areas at the dispensers available;
  • respect the social distance of 1 meter and horizontal signs, where applicable;
  • wear the mask, it will be possible to remove it once seated at the table.


The pools will be open from 02 June 2021, in compliance with national and regional directives.
We ask each Guest to cooperate responsibly to limit the risk of contagion and follow these provisions:

  • sanitize your hands before accessing;
  • access is prohibited for customers with temperatures> 37.5 °C;
  • always respect the social distance of 1 meter and horizontal signs;
  • always wear a mask unless otherwise indicated and in any case whenever it is not possible to respect the interpersonal distance of one meter;
  • each station has 7 m² at its disposal. Please always respect 1.5 meters of distance between the equipment;
  • before entering the pool, perform a soapy shower all over the body;
  • access to the pool is limited to allow 7 square meters of water available per person;
  • for the whirlpool tub, 4 people can be used at a time;
  • respect respiratory hygiene: sneeze or cough into a handkerchief avoiding hand contact;
  • The use of a swimming cap is mandatory;
  • gatherings are prohibited;
  • children are not allowed to enter the hot tub, they can safely use the children's pool (heated), always wearing containment diapers.


In compliance with current regulations, we implement the following measures:

  • they are frequently ventilated and cleaning and sanitizing of the ventilation and air conditioning systems are carried out;
  • gatherings are prohibited;
  • all the surfaces of the common areas (furniture, floor, support surfaces, buttons, etc.) are disinfected according to the existing rules on risk prevention, at least twice a day and in any case with an adequate frequency with respect to periodic crowding;
  • for sofas, armchairs and seats, we will proceed in accordance with the protocol in force with a scheduled sanitization based on the number of people in the area;
  • frequent cleaning and sanitizing shifts are planned for shared toilets according to the provisions indicated by law. Dispensers are available at the entrance of the services for which we ask for the sanitation of hands at the entrance and exit.


  • before and after use it is necessary to sanitize your hands and sanitize the handlebars, with the sanitizer that you will find available at the bike area;
  • we ask you to respect the horizontal signs and the social distance of 1 meter.
